On January 31, 2024, the Company acquired land in Mochirai, Ishikari City, Hokkaido and Kisarazu City, Chiba Prefecture (totaling 190 hectares), and has now completed the acquisition procedures.

This project involves the acquisition of this land for the purpose of developing a grid storage battery station.

Currently, the government is promoting the securing of decarbonized regulating power, such as storage batteries, in accordance with the Basic Policy for the Realization of GX.
