On January 31, 2024, we acquired six parcels of low-voltage FIT 14-yen entitled land in Yokohama-machi, Kamikita-gun, Aomori Prefecture, and have now completed the acquisition procedures.

Like the low-voltage used solar power generation equipment acquired on the same day, this property was acquired for the purpose of supporting asset building for individual investors by taking advantage of the consumption tax refund and depreciation system.

It can also be used by SMEs and individual investors as an immediate depreciation product by switching to Non-FIT and increasing the ratio of on-site consumption.

Including this project, we are promoting the purchase of used solar power plants and the development of Non-FIT solar power generation facilities, mainly in the TEPCO area, and selling them to meet the needs of small and medium-sized companies and individual investors.
