On January 31, 2024, the Company acquired low voltage solar power generation facilities on one lot in Hokkaido, two lots in Iwate Prefecture, one lot in Tochigi Prefecture, and two lots in Gunma Prefecture, and has now completed the acquisition procedures.

This property was acquired for the purpose of supporting asset building for individual investors by utilizing the consumption tax refund and depreciation system.
